Issue with Free starter pack worth £128 that comes with S25.

I have purchased an s25 online on 2th Feb and today I got the mail to add my review so that I can get the free pack of case and charger which they promised in the Samsung website. I filled my review and tried to submit. It's not submitting. The page is not showing any signs of submission. My page is still on the review page. And I tried in on my PC too. Not working.

The offer is for people in the UK who preorder S25 series before 6th Feb from Samsung official website.

Hi! Sounds weird. Keep the review short, with no grammar, like a few lines, no full stops or commas. Then try to submit. Tell me how you get on.

No confirmation will be given, besides a little on-screen message saying "Thanks for the review," either at the bottom or top of the page.

I appreciate you've tried on your Pc however It might be worth trying another phone/ tablet etc to fill out the form @Aishalitha 

May I suggest to perform a forum search as you may find already existing threads with help and advice within.

The title might be too long? In my experience the page didn't tell me the title was too long when trying to submit, so I tried shortening it, then it worked.

Had the same problem, try to save your pictures in different format, that should work
