I've had an email from an email address I'm not convinced is Samsung. Does this seem like a scam or am I being too cautious and should get in touch?

Anyone else had this? Cancelling something due to their error is not ok!

Email address is shop.uk@email.support.samsung.com

Hello 👋 @sambooton93

Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.

I'd suggest to contact Samsung Customer Services via phone to enquire about this.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Looks real to me, its not asking you go do anything or go somewhere. When your phone arrives, you have 60 (I think) days to activate care plus if you still want it

Doesn't look like any sort of scam, usually scams give you malicious links to visit or ask you to Input lots of personal details / banking info.

Once the phone is set up, you can go to Samsung account and check status of Samsung care for the device and even activate it from there if you decide still you want it

Yeah I did that literally the day I got it. It still says in Settings that I'm covered and tapping it loads the policy. I'm wondering if it's a bit of a bait to make you email back then it all starts turning into a scam1740078100464.jpg
