Is any ones else phone getting this hot

Has anyone else's phone getting this hot doing basic tasks like web browsing or YouTube or tiktok Thai has only started to happen after last update and it's getting that hot it turns it self off and I'm getting no reply from Samsung anymore about it

Make sure all you apps are updated and Wipe the Partition Cashe on the phone
See if that helps to start with

Already done that I have also factory reset the phone and disabled all apps from running in the background but it didn't help it only started with may update , it now gets that hot it turns down the brightness of my screen then turns off , I have the 1tb version I was told most of the issues seem to be with this model ? Is anything a with this version having the same issue, I have also set the screen to 720 to see if that helps but no luck

Even for gaming, that's really really hot. Your device is still in warranty so not much to worry about, go to a samsung store or use the live chat and they should replace it if you make enough noise

I have but the fact it only started from the may update I'm started to think its the os as that's what the Samsung agent said but said it will be fixed in the coming updates , but I have asked for a new device but they said no I have to send my mines for repair that's all that they do and I can't do without a phone as I use it for work as well

Yes that's the process im afraid.
If you are near a participating Samsung Experience Store. Some can do certain repairs or can investigate.
A doorstep service might be available in your area. But there maybe a wait for an appointment
It's one of those problems that needs someone to get hands on with the device to look into it

Can you install Good Guardians and thermal guardian and see what is causing such heat.

Contact Samsung support via Members app and let them deal with it. Call them even. It should not be heating up to that level

It just says system server what ever that is

Thermal guardian heat points look ok though. No sign of that heat spike

I don't understand it it was totally fine and I was getting over 10 hours of on screen time and it was perfect for me so not sure what's changed on May's update it's messed with the device as even factory resetting doesn't help
