How to transfer theme from S10+ to S25Ultra

I cannot for the life of me figure this out. It's not showing in the store, its not showing in my purchased items. 

The receipt is there from when I bought it for my S10+.

How the hell do I transfer it ?! Any tips ?

It is possible they arent compatible with s25U thats why

As @-Robot- has said. It's likely not compatible with the new software on the new phone.
You will need to contact the App developers to find out when they will update the app
