Does anyone know when this will arrive on S25 Ultra.

My A35 is already on Feb 2025, but my S25 Ultra is still stuck on Oct 2024!

We do not know. There was updates done in the US so we should soon follow

However- my s25U has an update;
Security patch level: 1 December 2024

Everyone who has the S25 series in the UK is currently on October so nothing to worry about.

My S23 is still on the January google play update and same for the security update

It just seems a shame that a new phone such as the S25U is still not on the latest update.

In Settings / About phone / Software, I had a Google Play system update a few days ago or so, but the date didn't change, it still reads 1 Oct 2024.  That update was 12MB.  

I wouldn't worry about it.
