Galaxy buds pro keep losing connection to wear app S25 ultra

So the buds connect and I can play music and control it from the buds but they are not connected to the wear app the whole time. In the app it says they can't connect and I therefore can't change any settings. Anyone else?

I would just suggest completely resetting and reconnect

Forget them from device. Reconnect

Here are a few generic things to try:

• Restart your phone and earbuds:

Sometimes a simple restart can fix connection issues.

Check for app updates: Ensure your Samsung Wearables app is updated to the latest version.

Forget and re-pair: Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings, "forget" the Galaxy Buds, then put them in pairing mode by opening the case and try connecting again.


• Check Bluetooth range: Make sure your phone is within Bluetooth range of the earbuds.

Check for other connected devices:

Ensure your Galaxy Buds aren't connected to another device simultaneously.

Hi John, yes tried all this multiple times and the issue persists. Not the end of the world but you pay so much for these things and expect them to work.

You'd absolutely expect it to work. I would try speak to Samsung, to either get them repaird or advice to get it sorted. I woudnt just "deal with it" and ignore it as the wearbles app is useful
