Free Charger and Case for S25U

As soon as I got the email for the free charger and case (last Wed or Thurs), I completed my review. I just wondered if anyone has received theirs yet?

I think it's a poor set up by Samsung. They should at least acknowledge the free order by providing confirmation email or order number so we can track what's going on!

It's been a pretty bad setup for all the free stuff this year round, I agree. From having to enter codes for the free buds, to having input reviews which do not even give feedback to when you've submitted them, it's definitely a step in the wrong direction. I hope they do not repeat this in future promotions.

The terms said 30 days from the end of 14 days return window for the phone so not anytime soon!

The website and email were both very clear that you wouldn't get a confirmation email. Confirmation was on screen after you submitted.

Delivery is within 30 days.

How much clearer do you want it to be?

To be fair, I understand the frustrations - originally whilst ordering the statement read, the email to leave a review would be after the 14 day return period but the email actually was sent much earlier than that. So that wasn't aligned. Secondly, the email asking to write a review does also say that the free gifts will be sent 14 days after the review has been validated, so not the month initially stated.

No way! Didn't you see the image before you submitted your order? I take it you've opened the case otherwise you could have returned it.

Lol , sadly no , got the phone for my wife , didn't see the pic only read the offer !!!
I'll sell it probs along with the buds 3 that no one can use as they fall out of at least one ear on all our kids

Ah fair enough. Makes sense. You should be able to sell it for a decent amount with it being an official case and it's not a basic one either.

I totally agree! The ear phones also keep falling out with me so will stick with headphones!
