Free case and charger

It's been ovwr 2 weeks, received my device on Feb 1 but havent got the email to leave a review for a case and charger. 

Also how do we get Gemini advanced?

Check for spam in the email. It may be worth contacting Samsung directly; there may also be some delays due to high volumes.

Also, just open the Gemini app, and it should offer you a 6-month trial.

Check spam folder, if nothings there try reaching out customer support, or go to samsungs shop app and reaching out to support there.

For gemini advanced:

"Activate the offer:Open the Gemini app on your phone. Look for a banner, pop-up, or notification about the 6-month free Gemini Advanced promotion within the app. If you don’t see it, try tapping on the menu or settings section to find any available promotions or subscription options. 


If the promotion requires a code, you might find it in the announcement link you mentioned or within the promotional email you received."

If you get Google 1 app monthly subscription you so get Gemini Advanced and Gemini Live automatically. Basically Google 1 is for photos documents emails other stuff cloud storage so I would recommend it as it covers pretty much all the most important G services that we b use and or need . Hope it helps
