I have issue with fingerprint system: every time when I am trying to pay something or it's late night system is trying to use my fingerprint. But I can't use it because almost 60% of time it's just not recognization my finger. I have 3 different type of 1 finger and still I can unlock my smartphone after 2-nd or 3-d time or system asks me to enter pin code.
Please assist. Thank you!

Yes, sure, face recognition works very well all time but I don't want to increase brightness at night I had my iPhone 5-6-7-8 and no issue with fingerprint at all, even if I will rotate phone
In current smartphone we have even better system then in 24 Ultra (it was optical system), but why it's not working as expected?
I will try to hard reset it or wipe system cache from recovery menu...

Do you have a screen protector fitted @Ihor Syrota
There is a diagnostic test found in the Samsung Members App too.
Also in your Biometrics you can test to see which fingerprint your phone is detecting to help troubleshooting.
Dry skin can cause detection issues too. I've known some gently blow on the fingertip to help with detection.
Are you able to unlock your phone ok using the Fingerprint Biometrics. 🤔
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

@BandOfBrothers no protection - I don't like it )) Samsung created such perfect screen that I don't want tot use protection:
About dry hands - make sense, but I was thinking that sensor can handle it...
