I just upgraded to Samsung s25 ultra. How do I avail of the free ear buds?

@r0cknrollsoul: From what I understand, if you purchased your S25 Ultra from EE within the promotional period, then you will receive an SMS message to confirm that you're eligible to receive the Buds, followed by another SMS after the 14 day cool off period containing a code and a link to the claim site. For further clarity, please contact EE Support directly.

Bought from samsung direct? Then you needed to put a coupon code in, cant be claimed after purchase- you have to use a code.

From another retailer like EE, O2, etc they normally send you a link to claim them

As you said its from EE. I believe they're supposed to send you a link. I would contact them to be sure, but if you've just bought them it normally takes some time

For those who bought direct from Samsung, a code needed to be entered at the order stage and the buds 3 came with the device.

As you've ordered from EE. You'll need to reach out to EE to understand the specific nature of the offer and what you need to complete it.

I pre -ordered my samsung S25 ultra, I received a message saying I will get a message with cide code to claim my free ear buds 3. I have not received this this code yet, who will I need to speak with to follow this up.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

May I please ask where you bought your S25 series device from?

If direct from Samsung.com then you had to insert the code S25LIVE in the checkout, vouchers field when ordering your device.

I suspect you bought your device from a network carrier so you'll need to reach out to that carrier.

I took out a contract of a samsung S25ULTRA with the free buds deal on but never got a message to confirm this and it's been 37 days I took it out in store on 3/2/25 I've been in store and they said can take upto 40days to get a message please help???
