I totally understand and appreciate your predicament.
Yes if the delays hadn't happened then everything would have been fine , and your house move wouldn't have been an issue.
Unfortunately in my experience Samsung Logistics has always been rigid in regards to the delivery information.
I wouldn't want to lose the promotional items too.
