Delivery date

There seems to be confusion regarding the delay in placing an order. It raises the question of whether the company has run out of stock or if the delay was intentional. The situation is frustrating, especially since a delay of 14 to 21 days for order fulfilment is not justifiable.

As you rightly said there is a possibility that the first batch of orders has already been fulfilled which could result in delay.

It is what it is unfortunately.

Also the Online only colours can take ages to come hence I normally avoid them as well.

I guess with all preorders or new releases it's always the excitement and frustrations which come with the package.

The delay appears to be largely influenced by the S25 Edge, especially with rumors circulating since the unpack event. It's something I'm eagerly anticipating. 👀

I just had a look and the S25 ultra that I have ordered for myself on the launch day is available for delivery on 8th of February which is a week later than the original delivery date. It probably will depend on the colour and the storage as well as country where phone have to be delivered. Also all colours and storage is in stock in UK...

To add to the other replies. We are now 6 days into preorders.

On the first night then the delivery schedule and estimated delivery was 1st February, and as more sales are made, these dates will slip, depending on demand and quantity of sales.

Also bearing in mind that the official release date is 7th February, and the dates earlier than that may well be early shipment.

I have a date of 1st feb and ordered the evening of the unpacked event. However there is no guarantee until the email from courier that it is on the route for delivery.

This has nothing to do with the edge or any other reason, than the high demand for the device and the ability for Samsung to deliver from stock, or the courier being able to deliver so many packages in a short period of time.

This same process occurs every year on release and preorder dates.

I very much doubt that S25 Edge is delaying things. That won't be available till later in the year, probably third quarter or later. Samsung probably has ran out of stock to forfil most orders depending on what orders are coming in like device size and colours.

At the Samsung S25 Unpacked, we were advised that the S25 Edge will be released "very soon" and is "imminent" but wouldn't be until the S25 series deliveries started.

We are expecting news on this February or March I suspect (opinion not confirmed by Samsung).

I ordered mine on the launch night and had expected delivery of 1st Feb. I am at the Preparing Dispatch stage.

There is a quiet fue people in the same boat, Preparing Dispatch, and for the last fue days, at the same point. I no Samsung will release them when they are ready to due so. But it would be nice to no, how long they keep us all at this stage ?.

Thats DPD just sent me a were expecting your parcel email, so thats them started shipping my S25 Ultra
