Hello I'm due to receive my s25 but it has been delayed which means I'm going to miss the 30 day claim requirement for the galaxy buds 3 pro
Can I get some help with this as this is entirely not my fault and the phone was purchased in the claim window.

Unfortunately this isn't the case,
My phone is from id mobile and I have to claim via Samsung, according to Samsung terms I have 30 days to claim from the purchase date. Trouble is I can't complete the claim form without the IMEI number

Yes this is correct the issue is that the claim has to be made within 30 days of the purchase date and can't be done without the phones IMEI number so if delivery is 30 late I can't claim

I hope so it was the only reason I decided to upgrade. I might return it if it doesn't show up within the 30 days.
