Can't access sim manager

I can't access sim manager. I get the above message all the time. I don't have an esim. I have physical sim. I've tried clearing sim Toolkit cache and data, restart phone, take sim out etc but nothing helps. Anyone able to offer advice?

Might be worth contacting your network provider.
Have you tried to reset your network settings?

I've just tried resetting network settings and get the same thing.

Actually resetting network settings didnt seem to do anything. I didnt need to reconnect to anything afterwards?

I appear to have solved it by putting 2 physical sims in. This opened up sim manager automatically and it no longer believes an esim is present, which it isnt.
