Call log delete all

I am new to Samsung, I am trying to 'delete all' from my call log, I can select 'delete all' but when I confirm and press delete all it highlights, indicating its recognised the press but does nothing! Any advise ?

Did you try restarting the phone

No deleting call log on the actual phone.

@TJC11: While I appreciate that you may have already attempted this, it should be possible to delete your call log by opening the Phone app > Recents > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Delete > Tap on 'All' in the top left > Delete all.

If this isn't working for you then please try restarting your phone to resolve any temporary software issues, then try the steps above once again.

Thank you, I will try this. As a side bar I am hoping the restart will help with fingerprint recognition as that isn't working either! 😊 I hate changing phones 😂
