Anyone else noticed their battery draining super fast after the update. It's 2:pm UK time and usually I'm on 80%. At work indont use my phone and it's gone down to 50% already?
Any solutions ???

don't keep your phone on battery saver all the time, okay? Just turn it on when it gets down to 35%. You're missing out on cool stuff like that 120hz screen.

Hopefully you see this bit. To reply to the heating part. The chip in the s25 series is known to get toasty. In the uk not in direct sunlight, I'd imagine 40c is the max temperature the phone would get with use. I'm at 35c right now and I'm just replying to people on here

When gaming or doing intensive activities, maybe 55c is the max, though around that level the phone will be limiting screen brightness, volume, speed and potentially even disabling cell service or shutting down

i don't mate I only use it for when I'm at work , but I get an extra 4 hours of on screen time with it on so it helps when I'm at work but when I'm home or not working I keep it off , but it doesn't matter what I do it will still just randomly get really hot

There is definitely a bug causing those devices to over heat this is the temperature of my s25u just doing some web browsing with battery saving mode on its gets alot higher and as from today it's started to get temperature warning messages, even when I'm in my house we're it's nice and cold this just randomly keeps happening and the only app I see running is android server ? What ever that is , now I know at least 4 other guys from my work having the same issue they all have the same 1tb version so not sure if itsjust that version or others too1747768107536.jpg

I have they don't get back to me , the ones that do just tell you they are aware of the issue and it will be fixed in the coming updates for the affected devices

Mine has been terrible. Let Samsung know via feedback in members app. Hope one ui 8 has a better improvement and overall better roleout than one ui 7 as frankly that was a mess.

I am writing to report and seek clarity regarding the battery performance of my Galaxy S25 Ultra. Over the past two days, I have observed what seems to be a faster-than-usual battery drain, even under typical usage patterns such as streaming Instagram Reels on Wi-Fi with low brightness and QHD+ resolution enabled. Previously, I was consistently getting around 8–10 hours of screen-on time, but now the battery appears to drop more quickly, even with similar usage conditions.
