Am I the only one reading this wrong?

When I pre ordered the s25 ultra on the samsung website I clicked option and read the message above, which to me implies by selecting this option the storage would be double to 512gb, after all who would order a 256gb phone when the idea of pre order is to get the extra storage. Apparently this is not the case......the samsung support was no help, guess I'll be spending a few hours on the phone tomorrow

Hi @Leequ   You need to order the storage required, the offer is reflected in the pricing as the 512 GB price is the same as the 256 GB option.  Realise some customers are not clear on this but it is explained.


3. "Operates as a price discount: Pre-order the larger storage variant (S25 Ultra 512GB / 1TB) by 06/02/25 and pay the future price of the smaller storage variant (S25 Ultra 256GB / 512GB)".

Customers do have 14 days to return the order,  it would be too late to cancel. Returns can take up to 2 weeks to process and you would subsequently be outside of the promotion period.

Thanks, after reading the message above the selection, assumed that would be enough.

I think a lot is down to the way Samsung states the offer in the wording. One of the reasons why I choose to go by a network provider as they are more clear in any information provided.

Lesson learnt but the customer service yesterday was dreadful. No resolution, no support, no options. I gave up, hopefully they can resolve over the phone over an easy mistake

I experienced the same issue above - moreover the 'customer service' the epitomy of below sub- standard.
