So I took a picture using the 200MP option and the only option I've selected in settings is (Camera(App)>Settings>Intelligent Optimization>Minimum) and Scene Optimizer OFF. I've taken this photo below of my PC with difficult lighting and contrast and the photo came out exactly as it was in the view finder and extremely detailed without the annoying sharpness mess and random colour change of the photo. It's amazing they have finally fixed it. I really hope Samsung keeps it as is because 200MP without post processing is absolutely insane and works perfectly. Can you guys reading this post also share some photos to confirm this and celebrate this success.
In dark photos yes Adaptive Pixel will be active (Reduce noise in low light shots by combining multiple lower-resolution frames into the final high-resolution picture.) I recommend you keep this setting on and let the phone decide when to use it unless you know what your doing with it. Back to my point... well lit photos will be even more sharper since it won't use this setting to combine pixels.
