Meant to be improved screen quality, but mine has cracked after just 3 days use!

It would, if dropped/hit etc and  worse if no cover case

Oh no.. That is not good news.

I'm going to assume it wasn't dropped or knocked or anything? Samsung engineers can check for this.

If so need to reach out to Samsung Customer Services and explain what's happened. They will likely want to collect it and get the engineers on it.

Do let us know how you get on 🙏

Definitely not dropped or missed, I'm very careful with my phone. Just normal use. I would call it a spliter on the flat of the screen which must have happened inside handbag.. thankfully insured, but just gutted!

Oh heck No @EllyA

How bad is it 🤨

I ask as a Whitestone Dome Glass Screen Protector may hide a crack.

Did you have any insurance i.e Samsung Care+ or household insurance 🤔

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

How can you take a screen shot of the glass?
