Oh no😮, that's a shame! And so strange, my friend had a curved screen that cracked years ago, but I am not aware of any flat screens cracking, and, touch wood, have never had that happen myself, but I do use a screen protector and case as I tend to throw everything in my handbag, I do also try and keep my phone in a separate compartment, particularly away from those pesky keys, hope they can get it sorted for you though, fingers crossed it's not a manufacturing issue, people do love to bash Samsung as it is!
