If you think of the millions of devices that is pushing out to furfill the high demand, then things like this are going to happen. Not just Samsung. But glad you are insured so you get a replacement. And then have a better experience with the screen. Armor glass two is king.

Agree, its glass after all, so a hard hit or pressure locally on the screen from a hard object will make a crack.

I don't understand why anyone would not use a screen protector on such a expensive device. I will be installing a screen protector right out of the box and lens protractor. Then a flip cover case gives it 360 degrees protection. This is going to be my main phone for at least 7 years.

Mine cracked as well, 2 days. No drops or bumps against anything. I have samsung care does anyone know how to use it. I can't seem to figure out how.

Some kind of stress on the screen must have been present. Where and how did it happen?
