When am I supposed to get one UI 7 update.

When am I supposed to get one UI 7 update on my S24 ultra, I'm leaving in UK, but I purchased my phone from India

S24 series update is rolling out now.
If you have a network provider phone, it may take a bit longer for the network provider to get the software out

But as you have imported the phone to another region
You won't get the over the air updates
Try connecting to a computer and using smartswitch on the computer to check for available updates

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

As you have a device that is "out of region" you will likely need to wait until the India rollout has commenced and then you may / may not receive an Over The Air update.

If this is the case, connect your phone to a laptop or computer and use SmartSwitch to see if an update is available.
