What is it with Samsung and their Cases?

For years I always used Samsung LED cases on my new phones, and was very happy with them. Last year they binned them for the S23, so I ended up getting a Samsung Rugged case for my S23U; I've got used to it and really like it, but it appears they haven't produced one for the S24!!!

It's frustrating enough having to get a new case each year (although I understand design considerations on new phones), but when they keep binning certain types of cases altogether, its really annoying.

I can only guess that as phones get stronger people are buying less cases so samsungs spending less on R&D for them and not producing them. The best case was the s20 back case which lit up with stars
