No Video recorder

Why the hell is no video recorder. I think samsung try to lose customer. I hate new version and they f... our phones

Tap the pencil icon to edit, see if you can add it back to quick panel

You removed a lot of apps from the quick panel, maybe you accidentally removed screen record too, Samsung certainly didn't do it that

The screen recorder is there. You might need to configure your drop down menu to your liking.

As @Fiona26 mentioned you need to click on the pencil to edit the menu.

See in the pictures below: 

Tap the pencil to edit the menu, you can see that I already have screen recorder.

Then tap the edit the window of the drop down menu.

Then you have a list of buttons that you can add. They  You can also reorder the buttons to your hart's content. If you want to remove them from the drop down menu, you could tap the red minus on the button.

I have "circled" all relevant parts with a red line.

Tap the pencil to edit menu.

Tap edit on drop down menu.
