On a few occasions my volume settings have changed from what I set them to. My ringtone, system sounds and notifications sound all decreased in volume. I usually have my media volume on mute anyway. I do use Modes, but this always happens when I am not using a Mode. I've seen on forums that this seems to be an issue for others too? Slightly frustrating as I'm missing notifications as I cannot hear it.

If you turn off the modes does this still happen @LSong
Other troubleshooting steps are >
- Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too. { Repair Apps may not be availableto the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Series of phone's. }
- Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask. 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Thanks for your suggestions, I'll give them a go. And the problem only happens when I'm not in Modes so maybe there's a glitch when switching in and out of Modes?
