Yesterday night I charged 100% but when I opened it today then saw I charged 80% I didn't open or use it. I bought few days ago. Any suggestions please can I return it? I am mainly an Apple user.

Have you unknowingly set up the battery protection feature?

Device Care>Battery>battery protection

You might have it set to maximum which only charges the phone to 80%.

But I take it after being on charge again it only went to 80%
Or do you mean since yesterday it's dropped to 80% with out being on charge?

Why charge drain too fast

Depends on what you have installed
If you have always on display showing. This will use about 1% an hour.
Certain apps will run in the background to check for notifications etc
Similar battery life between my S24 Ultra and the iPhone 15 Pro Max I have

I turned off all

I would clear the cache just in case any apps are playing up

Unless you actually switch it off at night, it will still lose charge overnight.
