Hello All,
I'm facing persistent issue with Wifi as well as Mobile data. s24 ultra randomly drops the connectivity (Settings show it as enabled ) and I had to turn off and on mobile data to make it work again. This is very irritating while playing games or watching videos. Anyone facing similar issue? Galaxy S24 Ultra

Base S24 having the same issue. No problems on WIFI, but on mobile network it randomly drop all network connectivity. It's an unlocked S24 with a Verizon SIM. I've contact Verizon, no issues with the network on their end. Very very frustrating.

hi, im also having the same prob but im using A55. I've already done steps that samsung suggested but still not solve. I also already send my device to samsung authorize center at icity and they suggest me to do format and reset at their center and it took 1 hour. Still not solve the issue. When i whatsapp them, they just reply with "belum ada sebarang feedback lagi Encik . Mohon maaf , feedback mungkin ambil masa sedikit sebab ini model baru . 🙏🏻.
I suggest you to call to samsung hotline and report this issue. Maybe after many reports they will taken this issue seriously

Hey i did actually call samsung and all they did was tell me "we have put you on a priority list for the upcoming update" lol. There's literally notjing they can do cuz the last update is effed so until the next one is ready we are screwed. We need a class action.

Having exactly same issue with Samsung S24 with mobile data. Would have been nice if Samsung made a statement or at least officially confirmed the problem, so people would stop wasting time trying to fix it on mobile provider side.

Well this is a samsung forum so i dont think people are going to be commenting here about other phones. I'm pretty sure it is an android OS issue but could be specifically on samsung phones. I have had friends with google phones having other similar issue so i think its all effed.

Hello! I purchased my Galaxy S24 Ultra a few days ago and have been incredibly frustrated by the same issue discussed here, but I believe I have found the solution.
1. Open up Settings.
2. Go to Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators.
3. Disable the "Select Automatically" option, and select your provider from the list.
After doing this my connection has been flawless, I am so relieved. Really hope this helps y'all as well!
