How do I get to participate in the upcoming beta for my Galaxy S24 Ultra?

To do so, just open the Samsung Members app, then log in with your Samsung account. If the program is currently available to join, and your device is eligible, you'll be able to enroll by tapping the “Registration for One UI Beta Program” banner at the top of the screen.

Phone needs to be unlocked. No beta available yet.

As @Fiona26 has said above, beta isn't available yet for any samsung devices. There is no guarantees it will come to the UK either (although it usually does).

And again as Fiona has said, unlocked devices only so if you bought your device from anywhere other than Samsung.com you "may" not be eligible either.

Rumours suggest it may start as early as this week or first two weeks in August.
Normally starts with korea first.
As stated will be a banner here on samung members starting with the current flagship s24 series.
It's a waiting game.

...just make sure you consider the downsides of beta involvement as well.

Being a beta tester can give you the opportunity to try out the latest builds... but these can often be unstable and make the phone somewhat hard to use. If this is your daily phone then I would consider carefully.

Often certain apps such as the banking and pay apps will not work for the duration of beta.

It can also be hard to revert back to earlier android and exit the programme. Beta testing is suited to someone with another phone and using a beta test phone not being their daily driver phone.

I did beta a few years ago. For me it is never again with so many bugs and unstable functions happening. Personally I would rather wait for the stable install a few months later. Not everyone gets an invite but if you do then you have a choice.

Just a minor warning...that is all. If you decide to get involved then you can contribute to finding the bugs and reporting good information back to samsung before release.
