UI7 UPDATE HAS CORRUPTED SIM CARD READER

My phone done an automatic update for UI 7 and once finished my phone said "No Sim, No Service" so I went into general management to finish the update and hopefully for it to fix the issue. Still had the problem after finishing update. Tried everything from resetting network settings a to a full factory reset and still nothing. Is there any other things I may not have tried that could fix the problem or will I need to get it repaired/replaced?

Try diagnostics via Samsung members app and then contact Samsung support if still an issue

I have the same problem, went to the o2 shop where they changed my sim, rang diagnostics, still no connection
