As has been repeatedly advised across the forum many times.....
Network carriers and retailers such as Currys (who sell under the Carphone Warehouse and ID Mobile brands) add their own apps and other elements to the software.
This would add a lot of extra development work so the beta would have been delayed.
Only a few weeks ago this forum was full of complaints from members about the lack of a beta. Now it is here, members complain about it either only being for devices that (for the most part) came direct from Samsung or because it is currently only for the S24 series (and more recently because it is full). Samsung cannot win, whatever they do, people complain.
I'm afraid you'll need to wait for stable release. Beta 3 had been rumoured for yesterday but it didn't come. You can read in to that what you may....... Either there were more bug fixes imminent so they waited to get those in or maybe, just maybe (and this is pure speculation on my part) they might be closer to stable than we think...... No one but Samsung knows the answer to that.
