Turn off telegram message notification on off screen

This looks like the Google Widget. 

Long hold on it and tap on Remove.

Try settings > notifications > advanced settings > floating notifications turn it off

Also in notifications settings go to lock screen notifications turn off show content when unlocked or turn on hide content

See if that helps

I tried to do it according to your recommendation, but unfortunately the window did not respond to a long press((

So quick reply window only pops up when you locked your screen for telegram?

Why is Samsung discriminative about the software update to ui 7 android 15 plus a whole host of other updates rolled out after Dec 5 to the States, India,but not the UK as yet. Moreover, the chips are different. Are we not paying the same price as others for the Galaxy S 24 series? I am sure many others in the UK share the same disappointment.

The quick reply window is shown (as in my screenshot) only when the screen is off.
When the screen is on, there is no such notification.
