Engery score issues

Hi everyone I have a samsung galaxy watch ultra and I am having problems with watch not reading my scores and sleep times. Is there anything anyone can recommend with this problem

Can you check that the sensors on the watch are clean @stuartjkn19 and also double check all the relevant settings too.

If following the brilliant guidance provided by @BandOfBrothers doesn't work. Do you have any tattoo's on your wrist?

I have followed the instructions @BandOfBrothers and it's still not working. I do have tattoos on my arm but it has given me my score before. I've been reading about turning of limit health features is that something that could help? Is there anything you can assist me with. Thanks for your reply 🙏

Thanks for confirming this, @stuartjkn19. For testing purposes, are you able to wear the watch on a place where you don't have any tattoos, and to see whether it will provide you with your score?
