Trying to buy a Samsung S24Ultra with Monthly Payments but it's not working

Hi, 

I'm looking to purchase a Samsung S24Ultra using the monthly payment, option as opposed to the full price up front, but it doesn't appear to be working. It gives you the option of "full payment" or "monthly payment", but the price at checkout is still the full amount. 

Does anyone know why this is, or how I can fix it?

Hey! Welcome to the Samsung Community! Once you select your depivery options etc, it should show you options similar to this either for one time payment or pay in instalments. I have tried it through Samsung Shop app, see if this works for you via the app. If not, please reach out to experts at Samsung Customer care via the Support tab in the Members app. Hope this helps :).1729348851293.jpg

Hi there, it could be numerous reasons there was people like you on forum who wasn't able to do so, also it could be due to credit checks, some people tried do checkout with different device, if nothing works you can ring samsung sales team and they might assist you further on phone number 03330000333

Try using a different browser, sounds stupid but sometimes it is as simple as that.
