Being a beta- issues are expected. Beta isnt a full release

Report in the designated beta section. Samsung members app- community- beta.

First, turn off Auto Blocker then follow these instructions EXACTLY as written

Using the Samsung Phone App (not the Google one)

Dial *#9900# then scroll down to battery stats reset. Click then restart your phone.

Turn Auto Blocker back on

Restart device

Wait 14 days for battery optimisation to complete.

Credits to @Moiramon and @lminvti for this information from previous threads
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

What are you using to determine this finding? Android automatically allocates it's memory usage based on running apps, user actions and so on. If you have many apps or background tasks being performed, RAM usage may spike a bit above normal. What are you experiencing which leads you to believe OneUI 8 is using any more RAM than expected?
