Dear Samsung,

As subject, the movie on Netflix plays for about 10 seconds before the picture freezes, while the sound and subtitles continue to run.

I checked this error happen only with Redemption movie on Netflix (https://www.netflix.com/vn-en/title/70262785), and some movies on Plex.tv

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue as I am? Pls help!

I'm having the  same problem with The Magicians season 3. I reported this problem in February 2024. When I got my Samsung Galaxy s24. I did everything they suggested.  Cleared cashe. Netflix is always on the latest update. I can watch season 3 on an old phone or different device. It will work just fine. It is so frustrating. As much as this phone costs and as new as the phone is. They should not have this problem.

I have the same issue with my S24 Ultra but it's with Peaky Blinders. I have read threads that there is a way to fix by visiting Netflix's website and going to the settings and finding a setting related to bitrate or quality and changing it to "normal" or "medium" I'm sorry I can't be more specific since I couldn't find it myself but maybe someone here might find it helpful. Also very annoying that it's a common issue with Samsung devices, maybe there is some communication they could do with Netflix to resolve it.

Yes I've tested this movie on a Samsung S24 Ultra at the Samsung Service Center, and it still encountered the same error. This proves that it’s a common issue with the S24 Ultra's OS. No solutions yet I guess?
