Just to advise that you have posted in the eu / uk Samsung Community Forum Section @akam1212
As you mention " 100 dollars " it might be beneficial for you to post in your own regions section.
In regards to the price of the phone's it's upto Samsung to put a price point on an phone and then for the consumer to pay that or not.
Samsung invest money into ongoing and future projects along with covering usual business costs I assume.
Some people have raised concerns over different aspects of the quality of photos and sone have said there's appears to be fine.
It's reasonable to say we all see things differently.
If your within your relevant cooling off period then it's your decision whether to return the phobe ir not.
Just ensure you include any promotional items that cane as part of the purchase of the phone and take time and date stamped pictures of the phone and promotional items put in the returns box. Take one kf it turned on.
Some video this too.
However you wish to proceed I wish you all the best.
Take care 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Why do you think that there are hardware flaws? it is evident that there are a several software flaws, bugs. There could also be some hardware issues like in all manufacturing processes, but there is no indication that there are intrinsic hardware problems.

Unfortunately, I have had both experiences. I took some pictures in photo mode, the default mode, which are very poor. The lack of detail and noise are very visible. I also have some in Portrait mode, where the quality of the image is scary, it can show far too much detail, especially if taking a selfie.
I do not think that there is hardware fault. IMO, the app is a bit buggy. This is a yearly occurrence. There is a lack of consistency in the quality of the pictures. It could be that the app has some glitches under certain conditions, but I do not think that it is a hardware problem, excluding the small % of possible manufacturing faults that occur in all manufacturing processes.
