The camera of s24 ultra is absolutely terrible

I got note 8 i was really exicted to get s24 ultra since the my note 8 was beyond dead i wanted a phone with good camera quality but since i bought this phone the back camera is terrible the AI optimization cannot be turned off and the pictures are worse than my old huawei will be there any new updates for the camera or should i sell this phone i paid 1700€ for this terrible camera quality

Have you tried turning putting intelligent optimization to minimum
I also turn off in camera assistant auto HDR
There are various settings to play around with. You don't say if you have adjusted any of those

Pro mode also gives you extra settings you can adjust

You can turn off AI in the settings but thag makes no sense as it makes the photos better and you're talking nonsense s24 ultra has one if the best all round cameras out there try Expert Raw if tou want better pics

I turned off the optimization and i put on minimum in the gallery settings i turned off the super hdr but it still optimizes the image after its taken any sugesstions with the settings in pro mode?

Pro mode settings are completely dependent on subject and lighting conditions. So there won't be best settings.
Me personally I leave ISO on auto and just adjust shutter speed and exposure.
Also capture in RAW as there's less processing. Not perfect, but good for editing if needed

I'm usually short of patience with stuff, but sticking with the S24 Ultra as the potential is really good.
The way I look at it. Gives me a chance to learn more about different camera settings and what they do

You have to apply settings on your phone. Basically the camera is really good, shouldn't have to take settings to have pictures pleasant to the eye, but here we are for now. I had the chance to compare the pictures on my phone which I optimised with settings with another person's pictures which they did not apply settings and mine look much better with settings applied. Although I criticise this camera quite alot myself, I wouldn't have any other one as it's one of the best yet on the market.

I have the s24 ultra and had no issues with my camera. I've taken pics of the moon on full Zoom, animals, etc. I love this phone.
