So ever since the announcement of the beta for the 7.1 UI. I have been unable to be enrolled in the beta testing and keeps saying there are no more slots, yet I have been trying since day 1, has anyone else had this issue either in the UK or other parts of the world, 

As I have been a Samsung fan and user for many years dating back to android 1.0 2008. But not only that Samsung releasing its first phone in 1988 which i was 2 years at the age of ten i was so fascinated about Samsung technology and wanted to understand which phone would be the best in years to came so in 2008 Samsung talked about there lastest phone being released so i waited and got my my first phone and it was the Galaxy GT-i7500 2009, since then had every other Samsung phone.

The last three phones Galaxy A70, S22+ and now the S24 Ultra each time i try to enrol in the new beta testing I can never get to be a beta tester. And with someone with many years of knowledge about Galaxy phones and a share alot of content via social media about up coming features it's kinda hard to give people the real truth and feel about the outstanding things Samsung Galaxy provides us.

Yet people who are not Galaxy based users and there Iphone users and with no knowledge or have little knowledge other then looking online to give shocking data about Samsung phones that are not true.

You would have thought people like myself who have been a valued Galaxy customer for many years would be a better choice to give people the chance first to be enrolled in the beta testing and not people who have no knowledge.

Or am I missing something 🤔

Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋 

The Beta Programme which is restricted to the Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Series, and usually for phone's supplied directly by Samsung is currently full. 

I appreciate your viewpoint on the Beta Programme and know your wanting to be a part of said Programme, but there's only so many slots available 

Yes people will have joined the Beta just to have the latest software, however everyone eligible is welcome to apply. 

I'd say to users interested to keep watching on their Samsung Members App.

Whatever your history with Samsung is somewhat irrelevant.

If your device is eligible (S24 series only, bought directly from Samsung for the most part) then there will be a banner in the front page of the Samsung Members App.

No banner? Not eligible
Banner? Click on the link

BUT beta is currently full and there has been no official word of a third wave of participant spaces being made available.

So for now it is a case of (if you can see the banner) checking daily to see if any capacity is opened up.

I would also add, beta is for One UI7 (not 7.1).

I am currently on the S24 Ultra and bought from Samsung with an early release so was delivered 2 weeks before they where released in stores, I have been trying each day ever since Samsung HQ emailed me about the beta testing programs and still no joy

I am currently on the S24 Ultra that was bought at Samsung with a 2 week early release as I had pre ordered it when Galaxy announced it on X and was given an opportunity to have it early so paid the extra and I even received an email from Samsung themselves to register with upcoming beta programs

Ok so bought from samsung.com presumably in the UK and you are based in the UK?

Your device would likely be eligible and there should be a banner in the Samsung Members App.

But you need to join quickly once released, it filled up quite quickly. There was a second release a couple of weeks ago which also filled up quickly.

Arghhhh ok. So the issue for you is capacity is full. Please keep an eye on the app daily to see if further capacity is opened up.

As this is a customer to customer forum we don't get advance notice I'm afraid.
