I still havent gotten the update on my device... and even the S23 series has gotten it now. I received regular updates up until now, im checking everyday but still nothing. Does anyone else have this issue?
Im in Europe/Serbia. Phone was bought at a dealer not tied to any provider.
Someone said its due service provider software version, mine is

Thank you, would me using vpn work if smartswitch doesnt do the job? Or do i need to somehow force update it.

I can confirm it does not work, and it also doesnt work through smartswitch.. coocked.

For everyone else that isn't getting an update that rolled out try disabling or pausing "Play Protect" then check for updates. PP is blocking OTA updates!
