Still no update on my S24 Ultra

I still havent gotten the update on my device... and even the S23 series has gotten it now. I received regular updates up until now, im checking everyday but still nothing. Does anyone else have this issue?

Im in Europe/Serbia. Phone was bought at a dealer not tied to any provider.

Someone said its due service provider software version, mine is

saomc_sm-s928b_owo_cho_14_0007cho/cho

Idk what to do now im mad at this point. 😅

Your provided code shows the region as Chile (CHO).

Because your phone isn't in that region, you won't get the update. Samsung devices are region-locked.

There's not much you can do about that.

As you are using a device out of region, please connect your device to a computer and see if you can download the update via Smartswitch.

Failing that....... you may be struggling unless you pop to Chile. Maybe try a different sim?

Thank you, would me using vpn work if smartswitch doesnt do the job? Or do i need to somehow force update it.

I can confirm it does not work, and it also doesnt work through smartswitch.. coocked.
