Samsung has already started releasing updates for various places. For Saudi Arabia, you can be expecting the update from the 14th onwards. You should be one of the first ones to get the update when it comes out to you as you have a newer phone. You are also posting on the UK forum. Try the Saudi Arabia forum for more local info.
