I have not got that on my home screen.

I thought that was shown when you generate an AI image- have you generated a wallpaper with the creative feature? If so any image generated by AI has the stars watermark , indicating it is an AI generated image

It is there when using a wallpaper you have made using the generative AI 😀

When you took the photo or screenshot you must have used AI to adjust it and by default it has those stars to let people know AI was used
