Why has my Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra not updated with any security patches since January 2024, and yet my Samsung S21 ultra does get update on exactly the same network.
I have reset the phone, yet no difference, run all suggested updates and yet nothing is updating the phone yet there have been many updates.

May i ask where did you get your phone from? Was it from reputable seller? Or it was bought second hand or from places like marketplace?

You can try Samsung SmartSwitch via a Computer.

In regards to phone it maybe beneficial to check it's csc.
This is via Settings > About Phone > Software Information > Software Provider Software Version .
Mine is EUX which is the final 3 alphabetical letters at the end.
If yours is different then look at this thread which helps to explain how the csc shows where the phone was released in.
If a phone has been supplied by a network then sometimes they can have their own timeline of release due to the network wanting to test updates so that they do not clash with network features and apps etc.

Mine is EuX and totally unlocked, tried smart awitch amd no luck.

Mine is unlocked S24. in the UK and bought from Samsung directly in the UK. I got all the updates so far 😍

My S24Ultra is the same. I got the December update but the January update is not coming to my phone, I check every day foe this, but the phone just say it is up to date.
My current build version is UP1A.231005.007.S928BXXS4AXKA
Service provider software version ends in EUX
Can't figure why the update is not coming through, I am not enrolled on the One UI 7 beta program, just running my phone with the genuine One UI 6 version.

@TimElliston: Updates are rolled out in batches, and are subject to availability based on factors such as location, purchase date and network provider. With this in mind, updates will reach some Galaxy users sooner than others.
All I can suggest is heading to Settings > Software update > Auto download over Wi-Fi > On, as this will set you up to receive the update as and when it is made available to you. You may also wish to periodically check Settings > Security and privacy > Updates > Security update, to see if the update can be downloaded from here. I hope this helps.

I have bought an S24 Utra brand new unlocked from a long standing eBay seller . Not had 1 update since I have had it and can't seem to find a way to update it.
My Software Provider Software Version ends in XAA. Any ideas?
