Ever since I purchased my Samsung s24 ultra, I haven't received the ui7 update. I've done everything as directed by the customer care but still nothing.

Also which country are you currently in?

Which country did you get your sim card from?

Your phone is US unlocked. That's what the XAA means at the end of the service provider software version. Unfortunately the rest of the CSC code reads GCF so it will not receive updates. It's possible to change it but you'll have to research how to do it as we don't discuss that sort of thing on here. You definitely shouldn't try to flash the firmware.

As Moiramon said, your phone is originally made for america. The only way to get updates working is to put an american sim card in once a month, update, then swap back

Probably. The sim needs to actually be american though. So not just work in America with roaming enabled
