Snapchat Bug

Hello, when using Snapchat it's almost entirely broken. I can send snaps okay but if I try to take a video snap, it doesn't work, just takes a 3 second clip. Also oddly enough the snap camera when viewing me puts a weird round outline that my face has to go in and then turns green. Instead of just auto applying the lenses.

I also can't take videos with lenses. 

Tried all the usual, updates, uinstalling, clearing cache, wipe data etc. All still the same issue. Anyone else experiencing this?

When you uninstalled the app from your phone did you also delete the app from your MyLibrary in the Playstore as this should help to then download a fresh copy of the app @Derri

Actually I did find that in the end - should have googled first. Unfortunately didn't resolve the issue

It might then be worth searching out a Snapchat forum to see if any others are having similar issues to you @Derri

Thank you Derri.... I thought it was just me because I had not seen anybody else mention the ring on snapchat. It is so annoying! Is it like this for you also?

No, mines was very different and I must admit it fixed itself within 24 hours, so sorry I can't be of more help.

Ah that's great. Happy yours has fixed itself. Mine is still like this and it's very annoying. I think I might go down to the Samsung Experience store when I get the chance and get them to have a look at it.
