Issues with accessing the Galaxy Store

I am having issues with accessing the Galaxy Store, this is on a new S24 Ultra my wife's is also showing this issue. 

Any advice or help would be much appreciated..

Have a search on this forum I think I've seen a few threads on this topic. Possibly due to not accepting new T's & C's but haven't read the solutions

Some users are experiencing issuesnand sone are not @DaveD1 

Try long holding down on the app and tap on i  then Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data. 

And long press on the Galaxy Store App and tap on update apps if the above does not help.

Many with the same issue including me. Turning off WiFi seems to help along with clearing the cache
