Smart Tag 2 and S24 Ultra issues

Hi all, my multiple smart tag 2 devices are not using the camera locator on my S24 Ultra. I've installed ARCore etc. Nothing. Worked fine on my S23 Ultra. What's going on? Any ideas, please? Done all the obvious stuff, cleared cache etc. Uninstalled ARCore updates and reinstalled. Still nothing.

I just tried it and the camera isn't engaging with mine either, just the arrows

Probably needs an update as one u 6.1 is still at baby steps.

Seems.like lots of things still need fixing and updating.

Thanks for letting me know you're in the same boat. Seems crazy that it'd work flawlessly on my S23Ultra and not my S24Ultra. Hopefully it'll get fixed OTA

6.1 is new and we are the first to get it... But yes I agree that when you're spending a lot of hard earned, you want things to work!

Yeah I'd understand if it was a third party device that was having compatibility issues but first party incompatibility is unacceptable

Google ARCore just doesn't seem to work well with Samsung. That's unfortunate.
