It could be an app or a theme you may have downloaded @GusB
My advice is to try Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.
See what happens.
Remember the phone will still be indexing itself up from your initial setting up.
Some who have used Smartswitch to transfer over information have said they can see stutters and glitches.
I personally use my Samsung back up from the cloud.
On regards to clearing the phone's System Partition Cache Files Section.
> Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask. 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Also I guess Samsung will come up with some patches along the aisle since now it's gathering data on phone usage from all of us.

If there is lagging, chances are you have an app causing it, not the device. I'm assuming your network signals are fine.
I am surprised at the advice above to Wipe Partition Cache though. Normally this would be my first point of call but not on a brand new device.
Just out of interest, did you Smart Switch from your old device to new? I did but I've also seen elsewhere here that it may be better to set up as a new device (for apps and settings etc).

Also maybe I was a bit too dramatic about my issues out of frustration..The stutters are super rare, but It feels like it's dropping some frames in the UI, and I notice it immediately because I'm fixated on it.
