Slow-Mo Video Feature Stopped

Hi

To activate a video playing in Slow Motion, I would press and hold the screen. The last few videos, I do this and nothing happens. 

I have not altered any settings. Is there a specific setting that needs to stay on?

Check that you are not recording on 8K or have HDR on.

Slow motion does not work with any video on 8K or HDR video.

Ive noticed it doesn't work with videos from Whatsapp. But still experimenting.

It only works with videos taken with the phone camera and not 8K or HDR. At least for the moment.

Thanks I turned off HDR.
