Signal problem

I have full signal bars on my phone but yet it says emergency calls only. Help me

Signal bars are weird. Signal is related to your provider, not the device. *99% of the time

Search on Google if your SIM provider is having network issues, or contact them directly.

Troubleshooting may also help:
* Restart device
* Take the SIM out and ensure it is free from debris
* Settings > General > Reset > Mobile data-related settings.

Also, be sure to go to the Samsung Members app > Support > Diagnostics. Does it show an error? If so, contact Samsung Support.

I have done all the tests. Put Sim I'm another phone and works fine

Where did you buy your device from?

Could it have been blacklisted?

Or it might have been refurbished actually after looking at receipt

I would check the IMEI against one of the free IMEI online checkers just to see. Have seen this before.....
