Samsung are not the only ones to follow Apple on this. 

That said some manufacturers do still include the charging brick at least. 

This is why the manufacturers now describe what to expect in the retail box. 

It's all about reducing the carbon footprint.

The S24 hasn't got an earphone jack anyway, unless you thought Samsung would supply a free set of wireless buds!
