Yes, it’s so important. Everyone who gives an answer should mention that if you received a solution, you should mark their reply as the solution.

Most First Time posters ask question and disappear.

They also tend to be from different regions than the UK and are mostly here to moan rather then genuinely find solutions.

But the "solution's acceptance" can also be granted by the community manager or star members, instead of the user who posted...at least that's how it works on the Samsung Romania forum.

Some people do but seems  not often enough. However as mentioned the Member Stars/Moderators can mark solutions (though this needs to be done on the Web version). I certainly mark solutions as appropriate when I can.

I'd always wondered how that was done as I'd not seen a way. I thought it was just when the moderators had a chance to see them.
